Guest Ratings & Reviews
I was up on the 14th floor with a comfy King size bed, very large balcony with a great partial view which was perfect and more spacious than anticipated. The rooms were large, including the bathroom. The service was exceptional, with personable and friendly staff who were extremely helpful and attentive to our requests. The location was great, with equal walking distances to downtown and the Granville Markets. Unfortunately, the area outside had a significant homeless presence. The dining experience was generally good, though the sausages were not great. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a convenient location.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable with a microwave and mini-fridge, making everything more convenient. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, providing great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. The location was perfect, within walking distance of key attractions, though a bit noisy at night. The dining was really good overall, with just a slight letdown on a particular dish. The facilities were top-notch too!
The hotel was excellent overall, with spacious and well-appointed rooms perfect for families. The service was top-notch with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The location was ideal for exploring the city. Dining options were delicious, but with a minor flaw in sausages. The facilities were suitable for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that make you feel comfortable, though they are relatively basic. The service provided by the staff is amazing, showcasing kindness and willingness to assist whenever needed. The central location in downtown Vancouver is a major highlight, making it easy to explore the city and its attractions. The dining options are great value for money, especially in the morning.
The hotel had very nice and clean rooms, with additional tables and seating, offering good value for money. However, the rooms felt a bit cramped due to the amount of furniture packed into them. The service was exceptional, with very helpful and accommodating staff. The location was ideal for exploring Vancouver, with convenient transportation options nearby. The dining experience was delicious but could offer a better deal. Overall, the hotel provided a pleasant stay with minor room size concerns.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while super comfortable and equipped with everything one might need, were a bit dated and could use a renovation. Additionally, the soundproofing was not the best, which affected our overall stay. On the positive side, the hotel's prime location right on Granville made it very convenient for exploring the downtown area and accessing various venues. However, we did encounter some cleanliness issues in the room that were disappointing. Despite these drawbacks, the staff, particularly bellboy Drew, were friendly and helpful, enhancing our experience. The dining options did not meet our expectations, but the service at 'The Edge' restaurant was commendable. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few hiccups that impacted the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while clean and neat, felt a bit cramped due to the amount of furniture. The staff, while professional and accommodating, did not manage noise levels well, and some were not as friendly. The location was excellent for exploring Vancouver, but being on Granville St exposed me to a mix of people. The dining experience wasn't up to my expectations, though the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was decent, but there were some areas that could have been better.
The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to entertainment venues and shopping areas. The rooms, although clean, are dated and the check-in process had a delay. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist guests. Dining options are limited and on the expensive side. Overall, the hotel offers a good value for money despite some shortcomings.
The hotel is centrally located with helpful staff who provided a welcoming atmosphere. The room was actually a suite with a spacious separate bedroom and living room area, but there were some hints of it being a former smoking room.
